Cancellation Policy

In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options to my guests, I do require 48 hours notice should you need to alter, cancel, or reschedule your visit with me.  Should you alter, cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, a $25 per service fee does apply.  This will be due before a new appointment is made.

Service Redos and Product Returns

I strive to offer my guests the highest level of guest satisfaction.  If you are having challenges with your cut or color, let me know within 7 days of your visit and I'm happy to correct the issue with no additional charge. Should you make a retail purchase that you are unsatisfied with, I will accept exchanges at full credit for 90 days from your initial purchase.


Q- How do I contact you?

 A- The best form of contact is email.

 I no longer accept phone calls/text messages, or DMs regarding appointments. 


Q- I’m a new client, how do I book an appointment?
A- Please head to my website and click the New Guest tab.   Next, you’ll fill out the New Guest form.  Once completed, please submit and I’ll personally email you with what package to book for!

Q - I’m an existing guest, how do I book my next appointment?
A- You can most certainly pre-book your next appointment while in the salon at time of check out.  Or you can head to my website anytime to book an appointment at your convenience 24 hours a day.

Q- I need to cancel my appointment, how do I do that?
A- You can modify your appointment (reschedule or cancel) 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time by going to the link provided in your confirmation text/email- it will ask you if you want to modify or cancel your appointment.   If you do not have your original confirmation text/email, you can log into my online booking site and cancel or modify your appointment.

Q-It’s less than 48 hours prior to my appointment, and I need to cancel, how do I do that?
A-Please send me an email at: 

I do not accept any phone calls or text messages when needing to cancel your appointment.  Cancellation fees will be applied with less than 48 hours notice. 

Q- What forms of payment do you take?
A- I accept most credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express) and cash. 

I DO NOT accept Apple Pay, Checks, Venmo, PayPal or Zelle.

Q-Do you have a referral program?
A- I do!  If you refer a friend, family member, co-worker etc, they will receive $25 off their first service with me.  Once they have received their service, as a Thank you, you’ll receive $20 off your next service!
